The first "SUPERBIKE" was originally developed after 3
world class athletes became the first handcyclists in the world to
successfully circumnavigate the globe during the widely televised "AXA
World Ride" setting a world record in the process.
This new "SUPERBIKE" line uses thin wall Chrome-Moly
tubing in a lightweight triangulated design that utilizes our patented and
proven "center articulating, body lean steering method". (See
"Design" page) This achieves a much
lighter weight and creates a stiffer frame for a flex free power stroke
that transmits pure performance. But due to it’s unique design still
provides a smooth comfortable ride.
Our new frame for this year incorporates a more upright seating position
for better power delivery and hill climbing.
The "SUPERBIKE" line has a patented crank adjustment design that allows
more adjustability than any other handcycle. This means you can find that
"perfect power position" for a custom fit and maximum performance. This
successful design is available in three models listed below.
